Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $4,000 per week

About the role

Travel Cath Lab Technologist position in Marietta, Ohio. Start date: 11/04/2026. Duration: 10 weeks. Employment type: Travel. 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Three cath labs typically handling 10–12 outpatient procedures per day. Equipment includes Phillips X-Ray and Merge Hemo for procedure charting. EMR systems: Merge Hemo and MediTech. May float to IR/EP Lab if dual trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures under imaging guidance, including angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolysis.
• Perform imaging of the heart and blood vessels.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide patient education.
• Perform IV venograms independently prior to pacemaker and ICD insertions.
• Assist with placing closure devices.
• Operate X-ray equipment independently (requires Ohio radiation license).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior Cath Lab experience; EP experience a plus.
• Familiarity with cardiac catheterization, coronary intervention, and electrophysiology preferred.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT certification (RCIS not accepted).
• Ohio radiation license.

Schedule

• Variable morning shifts Monday–Friday (start at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM), 40 hours per week (five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts).
• On-call every 3–4 days during the week (Monday–Friday) and every 3rd to 4th weekend; on-call rate $6/hour.
• No weekend or holiday shifts required unless on call.

Pay

Gross pay $4,000 per 40-hour week (based on 8-hour shifts, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined. On-call rate: $6/hour.
