About the role

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technician position in a healthcare facility specializing in interventional radiology with a focus on structural heart procedures. This role involves supporting cardiac catheterization procedures, managing patient monitoring, and ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support cardiac catheterization procedures
• Manage patient monitoring
• Maintain sterile technique
• Access and manage ports
• Perform angiography of genitourinary system
• Perform angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, carotid stenting, and various interventional radiology procedures
• Accurately monitor and interpret hemodynamics
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment
• Cover call shifts every 6 weeks, including weekend coverage (no scrub duties)

Requirements

• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in hand
• CA CRRT State License
• ACLS certification
• ARRTR (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification
• Fluoro Permit
• At least 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization or interventional radiology setting
• Valid California state license
