Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,650 per week

About the role

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position in Eureka, California. This role involves performing coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and cardiac arrhythmia interventions. The candidate will support a dedicated team within an acute care hospital environment, working in a fast-paced setting with a daily caseload of 8-12 patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Perform peripheral vascular procedures
• Perform cardiac arrhythmia interventions
• Accurate monitoring of patients and equipment
• Equipment setup and maintenance
• Maintain sterility during procedures
• Manage inventory of supplies
• Participate in float rotation between nearby facilities as needed
• Work flexible schedule up to four days per week, including up to four days of call rotation

Requirements

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Fluoroscopy permit (or pending application)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience in coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias procedures preferred
• Open to candidates with at least 0 years of experience; 2 years preferred

Qualifications

• Experience with angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, electrophysiology (EP) lab, pacemaker insertion, and various interventional radiology procedures
• Valid compact state license (or willingness to consider pending permits)
• Must have applied for fluoroscopy permit at time of submission

Pay

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week; assignment runs from 10/19/2026 through 01/18/2027.
