About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist with interventional procedures such as angioplasty and stenting.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories, ensuring its proper functioning and safety.
- Document patient care activities and procedures accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or related cardiovascular setting.
- Current BLS Certification.
- One of the following credentials is required: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), ARRT (VI) – Vascular Interventional Radiography, RTRCI (Registered Radiologic Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography).
Schedule & Call Requirements
- Week 1: Monday - Friday, Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Week 2: Monday - Friday, Call Coverage: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM.
- Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour Call Coverage: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Qualifications
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
