Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,448 per week

About the role

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech performs advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Cardiac Cath Lab Technicians are responsible for scrubbing, monitoring, and assisting providers as requested.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Scrub, monitor, and assist providers as requested.

Requirements

• Current ACLS certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiac Cath Lab Technician program.
• Current registration as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
