About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 18, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as needed
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Illinois
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures
- Knowledge of catheterization laboratory safety protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health record systems
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours long, alternating between days and nights.
