About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Chillicothe, Ohio, starting August 10, 2026. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a 1-year experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures
• Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization labs
• Document patient information accurately
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Current state license (if applicable)
• Basic understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized training program in cath lab technology
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital policies

Pay

The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. It includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
