About the role
The travel Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Operate and monitor equipment used in the catheterization lab
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
