Schedule
- 5 - 8-hour days per week, starting at 0700 or 0830 as assigned, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience;
- Certifications include ARRT RT-R, ACLS (AHA), and BLS (AHA).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-risk coronary interventions, STEMI interventions, neuro interventional call coverage, and familiarity with Epic/McKesson electronic charting system.
Responsibilities
- Scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating during coronary and neuro procedures, including high-risk interventions, with the ability to learn circulating and monitoring in neuro interventional procedures for call.
Shift & Call Requirements
- Shift hours consist of 9 hours per shift with on-call responsibilities 24/7, including four weekends in the 13-week rotation.
- The response time for call is 30 minutes, and there may be floating to electrophysiology (EP) or interventional radiology (IR).
About the Role
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is located in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves working within a busy Cath Lab unit, performing scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating during high-risk coronary and neurovascular procedures. The position requires a minimum of three years of Cath Lab experience and offers a schedule of five days a week with shifts starting between 7:00 or 8:30 AM.
