About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for an assignment in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a travel position with a 40-hour work week and 10-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

Scrub, monitor, and circulate cath lab and interventional radiology cases
Perform coronary interventions, vascular procedures, and other IR procedures (no EP cases)
On-call duties every 3rd weekend (Friday–Sunday, 24-hour coverage) and 1–2 weeknight shifts per week (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with a 30-minute response time
Use Cerner & Merge charting systems in a 2-room acute-care Cath Lab averaging 6 cases per day
Occasional sitter assistance may be required

Requirements

Active Cath Lab Technologist license
BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
Strong experience scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating cardiac cath and IR cases
General X-ray/panning knowledge

Unit Details

2-room Cath Lab in an acute-care setting
Average of 6 cases per day
Cerner & Merge charting systems
Unit orientation includes CBTs and competency binder during the first week
Hospital provides light-blue scrubs
Facility may cancel up to 12 hours per 13-week contract

Schedule

4×10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
40 guaranteed hours per week
13-week contract
