Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,264 per week

About the role

The travel Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition throughout the procedure
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
