About the role
The travel Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition throughout the procedure
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a formal training program in cardiac catheterization technology
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
