Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,260 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with cardiac cath lab scrub experience and RCIS or RT credentials for a 13-week travel assignment in Newton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and the lab for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), peripheral vascular, pacemaker, and interventional radiology procedures
• Maintains hemodynamic data throughout procedures
• Assists the physician with access site assessment and management
• Floats to a nearby sister hospital as needed

Requirements

• RCIS certification preferred; RT (Licensed Radiologic Technologist) with cardiac cath lab scrub experience accepted
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• IABP experience required
• Cardiac cath lab experience required
• Active NJ license required if applicable
• High school diploma or GED required
• Two references required for consideration

• Resides more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 38 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
