Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,225 per week
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Other Duties Disclaimer" maybe not needed? It's part of description but could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly legal but maybe keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Other Duties Disclaimer" is not exactly legal but could be considered boilerplate; but it's part of job description. Might keep as part of Responsibilities? It's generic. Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The disclaimer is substantive? It's generic but still part of description. Might keep as a paragraph under Responsibilities or Requirements? It's more about job description. Could include under Responsibilities as a note. However it's generic; but we can keep.
We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential work functions), Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications?), Skills (essential work functions? Actually essential skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have details: Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 16 weeks, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, days. That's schedule info. Pay: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague but still mentions pay. Should we include Pay section? It says include Pay only if posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay" and mention pay package based on shifts. That's somewhat specific but not numeric. Might still include. However instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Highly competitive pay" is vague but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Might be okay. But we could omit Pay if we deem it too vague. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine Pay into Benefits? But Benefits section already includes benefits. Pay is separate.
Schedule: we have shift details: 12 hours, days, 36 hours per week. That's specific. So Schedule section.
Now we need to extract content.
Let's parse:
Job Details: Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 16-week travel assignment in Bakersfield, CA. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.
That's about the role.
Required Qualifications: list.
Preferred Qualifications: list.
Summary: description of role.
Essential Work Functions: list.
Required Essential Skills: list (critical thinking etc.)
Benefits Include: list.
Other sections: "Why Choose Fusion?" maybe could be part of About the role? It's promotional. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not legal but maybe keep as part of About the role? Might be considered fluff. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why Choose Fusion?" is not boilerplate but could be considered promotional; but we might keep as part of About the role? However we already have About the role from Job Details. Could merge.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So we will not have heading "Cath Lab Technologist". Use headings for sections.
Let's craft:

Pay
Highly competitive pay for travel professionals (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).
We need to incorporate the detail about pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Thus Pay section:Highly competitive pay for travel professionals; pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Now Benefits section without that line. Benefits list: - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage - Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours - Life and Short-term disability offered - 401(k) matching - Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program - 24/7 recruiter support - Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs - Day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, and more (from Why Choose Fusion?) We could combine the last as separate bullet. Now Schedule section: We have Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 16 weeks, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, days. Thus Schedule:Start date: ASAP; duration: 16 weeks; 36 hours per week; shift: 12‑hour days.
We could also include that it's travel job in Bakersfield, California but that's location; maybe include in About the role? Already location mentioned. We should not repeat job title. Already not. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: "Other Duties Disclaimer" we omitted; "Why Choose Fusion?" we partially used for benefits; but we might also include a short paragraph about Fusion's mission? Could be considered boilerplate; but we already used some benefits. Might omit. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there were duplicate benefit lists later; we used only one. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft final HTML:About the role
