Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,165 per week
Cardiac Catheterization Technologist position available at a healthcare provider located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures within a dedicated catheterization laboratory environment. The technologist will assist physicians with sterile techniques, monitoring hemodynamics, fluoroscopy, and operating specialized equipment to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures utilizing fluoroscopy with C-arm and image processing
- Maintain sterile technique during procedures
- Monitor hemodynamics and operate specialized procedural equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (1-2 days per week and rotating weekends every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing needs)
- Pass facility-specific EKG test
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Completion of CCI-RCIS or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiologic Technologist license
- No minimum years of experience required; open to candidates with 0 or more years of relevant experience
- Must be located within 50 miles or less of the facility
- Uniform dress code: burgundy scrubs

- Prior experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting

- Days shift, 10 hours per day, 4 days per week
