Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,139 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Cumberland, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms and ensure adequate stock is available and in working condition.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures, including site of entry, draping, and arranging sterilized instruments and catheters.
• Operate and ensure the quality control of all equipment utilized in the cardiac cath lab.
• Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
• Participate in life-saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Requirements

• BLS, ARRT, 2 Years of experience.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of all related equipment within the laboratory.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Benefits

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
