About the role

The travel Cath Lab Technologist position at UK Albert B. Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky is available for 13 weeks starting August 3, 2026. This role requires 40 hours per week with a 10-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Operate equipment used in catheterization labs
• Document patient data accurately
• Ensure sterile technique throughout procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in a cath lab setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for licensure in Kentucky
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills
