About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract starting August 11, 2026 in Metairie, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using fluoroscopy and other modalities
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for imaging studies
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Document patient information accurately
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab Technologist setting
- Valid LA License
- BLS Certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
Skills
- Proficient in operating fluoroscopy and related imaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
