Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,053 per week

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Waterloo, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering contrast media and monitoring vital signs
• Operate equipment and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
• On-call 2 days/week for two weeks, then every third weekend from 1530 Friday to 0700 Monday

Requirements

• Cath Lab Technologist certification
• IR experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Current BLS certification
