About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Charleston, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Monitor patient vital signs during procedures and report any changes to the supervising physician.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical instruments and supplies.
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent Catheterization Laboratory experience.
- Must have a current Registered Nurse license.
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Proficient in operating medical equipment related to cardiac catheterization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.
