About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in West Valley, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for invasive procedures.
- Chart patient data accurately using EPIC.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is not required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification through CCI.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
