About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in South Dakota.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (preferred).

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization lab equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
