Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,004 per week

About the role

• 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts
• Travel assignment at MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada
• Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (4 suites), Main Hospital, Cost Center 74622
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Call requirement: minimum of 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month; holiday call coverage if assignment overlaps with a holiday
• Equipment: Philips & GE Cath Lab; EMR: Meditech; Cath Lab Documentation: Mac Lab
• Lab averages 18–20 cases per day

Responsibilities

• Scrub all related cardiac catheterization procedures and pan the x-ray table
• Perform diagnostic and interventional coronary angiograms
• Handle structural heart procedures (TAVR, M-TEER, T-TEER, LAAO, EVAR, TEVAR, PFO Closures)
• Conduct vascular and peripheral angiograms, electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implants
• Respond to STEMI calls as part of call coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience, preferably with travel experience
• Diagnostic and interventional cardiology experience
• STEMI response experience

Qualifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
