About the role
ProLink Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the cath lab.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Document all procedures accurately and according to hospital protocols.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized training program in cath lab technology.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on pay package.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours, days, with orientation usually taking around 4 hours.
