HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Decatur, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist from a recognized organization.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a cath lab environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and its proper use.
