About the role
PRN Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and other medical staff.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized training program in cardiac cath lab technology.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Proficiency with cardiac cath lab equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
