About the role
The position involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a catheterization laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization procedures
- Document patient data accurately
- Ensure sterile technique is maintained throughout procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience in a cath lab or related clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in operating medical equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
