About the role

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech performs advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Cardiac Cath Lab Technicians are responsible for scrubbing, monitoring, and assisting providers as requested.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in performing advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist program.
• Current certification as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
