About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Greenwood, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist with interventional procedures such as angioplasty and stenting.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Monitor patient vitals during procedures and report any changes to the physician.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record system (EPIC).
- Collaborate with the interventional team to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT or RCIS/CCI certification (if RCIS, must also have SCRQSA and SCBME certifications).
- SC State License required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
