About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in electrophysiology studies as needed.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering contrast media and sedatives.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Document patient data accurately and securely.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Lab.
- ARRT (R) or RCIS certification.
- NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist license.
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of cardiac cath lab equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
