This position involves supporting the cardiac catheterization laboratory in a reputable health care organization. It requires providing specialized care for congenital and adult patients undergoing cardiac and electrophysiology procedures in a fast-paced environment.

• Position: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Float Rotation: May be required

• Call Requirements: Rotating overnight and weekend call coverage; call is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Cardiovascular Technology or Cath Lab experience.
• Previous travel experience required.
• No clinical employment gaps of 180 days or more.
• No unexplained work history gaps exceeding 30 days.
• Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the last 12 months.
• Certifications: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Licensure: Florida State License required if submitting under ARRT certification.

Location Requirement

Must be within a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural Heart Procedures experience
• Watchman Procedures experience
• Peripheral Vascular experience
• Experience with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), Impella, IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), interventional cardiology, and heart failure management.
