About the role
The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Technologist position supports the mission and vision of the healthcare facility through behaviors that reflect core values, as evidenced by observation, peer, and customer feedback. The technologist will perform specific vascular and cardiovascular procedures, coordinate special examinations, and contribute to maintaining the quality and continuity of patient care. Dependability in job performance and a commitment to professional growth are required.
Schedule
- Day shifts, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular and cardiovascular procedures
- Coordinate special examinations
- Maintain quality and continuity of patient care
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Radiology Technology or Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography Program
- ARRT registered
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within one year of hire
- One year of vascular and cardiac catheterization lab or special procedures experience
- Michigan license verification (provide LARA and Nursys documentation if applicable)
- Must live/stay within 30 minutes of the facility during the assignment
- Full-time employees are ineligible for contract hire within six months of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience outside of nursing professions
- Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties
