About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a Level I Trauma cardiac cath lab in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Supports 10-25 cases per day in acute care setting
- Works in 3 main procedure rooms, 1 dedicated EP lab, and 1 hybrid lab
- Handles interventional cardiology, EP, and peripheral vascular cases such as Mitraclip, TAVR, IABP, and EMTALA placements
- Uses Philips and Siemens equipment with Philips telemetry monitoring
- Provides 12-hour day shifts plus call coverage
- Completes 8-12 days of call coverage per month with a 30-minute response time
- Participates in holiday coverage as part of rotation
- Collaborates with circulating and scrub radiology techs with 2+ years of Cath Lab experience
- Works alongside Endo and CVOR technicians
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience
- Current ARRT and BLS certification
- Qualified to scrub as an ARRT-certified technologist
- Level I Trauma experience required
- Cerner and Xper EMR experience required
- AZ license required if applicable

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
