About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 18, 2026 in Gastonia, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor patient vital signs and record data accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in North Carolina.
• Experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization lab equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
