Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,685 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures under the supervision of a cardiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients
• Operate equipment and monitor patient vitals during procedures
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (preferred)
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
