About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Nashville, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and PCI procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Monitor and circulate during EP studies.
- Operate GE and Philips xray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment.
- Document using Merge Hemo and Meditech systems.
- Adhere to patient experience and hospital-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Must have RCIS, RCES, or RT(R), ACLS, and BLS certifications.
- Two years of cath lab and/or EP lab experience required.
- Advanced skills in BLS and ACLS; experience with cath lab and/or EP lab procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCIS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RCES), or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)), and ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience in cath lab and/or EP lab settings.
