About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
- Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization labs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience in a catheterization lab setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skills
- Catheterization lab experience
- Basic cardiology knowledge
- Proficient in medical terminology
