Qualifications
- Current licensure/certification as a Cath Lab Technician
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Proficiency in operating X-ray fluoroscopy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile field
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
