About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in electrophysiology studies as required.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the cardiac cath lab and EP lab.
- Document patient care activities and procedures accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- ARRT (R) or RCIS certification.
- NY State DOH Radiologic Technologist license.
- At least 2 years of experience in cardiac cath lab / EP lab.
- BLS certification, with preference for ACLS certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating cardiac cath lab and EP lab equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
