About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the catheterization laboratory setting.
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure education and setup of equipment.
- Operate and maintain catheterization lab equipment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- May assist with EP (Electrophysiology) procedures.
Requirements
- Prefer experience in Level I Trauma Pediatric Cath Lab.
- Experience in EP procedures preferred.
- Experience with Transplant R/L Biopsy, Balloon, Stent, Valve Placement, and IR (preferably pediatric).
- One year of experience in Cath Lab Technologist role.
- PALS, BLS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- CCI with RCIS/RCES certification (preferred).
- ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R) certification (also acceptable).
- Radiation badge required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification in PALS, BLS, and ACLS.
- Completion of a Cath Lab Technologist program or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
