About the role
ProLink Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 6-week assignment starting September 21, 2026 in Sarasota, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ventilated patients during interventional and structural heart procedures
- Work with Ventilators: May assist with ventilated patients during interventional and structural heart procedures
- Experience with Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Penumbra, Avigo, and OCT systems
- Perform complex PCI procedures
- Participate in structural heart interventions (TAVR)
- Work with a Cath Team consisting of 1 RN and 2 CVTs
- Support a Call Team and TAVR Team consisting of 2 RNs and 2 CVTs
- Assist with hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Document patient care using XPER EMR/Documentation System
- Float to EP Lab if qualified/able
- On-call required: 4–5 days per month, including weekends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Cath Lab experience
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification
- Complex PCI experience required
- Structural Heart experience required
- Experience with Impella, IABP, Shockwave, Penumbra, Avigo, and OCT systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in XPER EMR/Documentation System
Benefits

Pay
- Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
Schedule
- 3x12-hour shifts (0700–1930)
- Guaranteed Hours: Yes
- No RTO approved during assignment
- No block scheduling allowed
