Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,573 per week

Job Details

• Work five 8‑hour day shifts per week (40 hours total)
• Patient ratios: 1 per procedural room and 5 in recovery
• Take call one week per month
• Float to Interventional Radiology (IR) as needed
• Perform procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, PTA, stenting, Impella, IABP, peripheral angiograms, PPM, ICD, EP studies, IR procedures, thrombectomy, laser, and directional atherectomy
• Operate GE and Philips equipment
• Use Meditech and MERGE EMR systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Navy scrubs required (provided)
• Relaxed and laid‑back personality fit preferred

Facility

This modern hospital houses a dedicated Cath Lab on the second floor of the main building, equipped with five recovery bays and staffed by eight full‑time employees. The unit utilizes advanced GE and Philips imaging equipment alongside Meditech and MERGE EMR systems to support a wide range of cardiac and interventional procedures. The work environment is collaborative and relaxed, offering comprehensive cardiovascular care to the surrounding community.

Pearland, TX – a fast‑growing suburban city just minutes south of Houston. The area offers diverse dining, shopping, and entertainment options, a warm year‑round climate, and easy access to Houston’s cultural attractions, professional sports teams, and the Texas Medical Center.

Physical Requirements

The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical demands may vary based on assignment and client‑site requirements.

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,573.00. Pay is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 5 day shifts of 8 hours each. One week of on‑call per month.
