This role requires a commitment to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations as needed. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the field. Unit Information Number of Beds: 370 Patient Ratios: N/A – procedural position Type of Equipment: GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra Documentation System: MacLab/Meditech Key Responsibilities Prepare and assist with various cardiac procedures including Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, and Peripheral diagnostic and intervention. Scrub and monitor during Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures. Support in prep and recovery areas as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting. Must have ACLS and BLS certifications. Advanced skills in scrubbing for invasive procedures and patient monitoring. Required certifications include either RCIS, RCES, or RT(R). Shift Information Standard scheduling consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and participation in on-call duties. Additional Information This position offers access to newer procedure rooms and advanced equipment. The Cath Lab team consists of 5-10 physicians, and a dedicated charge nurse is present to facilitate workflow throughout the day.
