About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Lufkin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in catheterization procedures.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the supervising physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Texas.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of catheterization techniques and patient care protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist training program.
- Current BLS certification.

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours, days.
