About the role

HCS 24/7 is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, South Carolina starting September 28, 2026. The position is a 40-hour per week, 10-hour shift day job.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures
• Operate equipment used in catheterization labs
• Document patient information accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field
• No new graduates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current ACLS certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
