About the role

Travel Nurses, Inc. is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (preferred).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice in the state of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
