About the role

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Athens, Georgia. This position involves working primarily during daytime shifts with a 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. The role includes approximately 10 days of call per month, encompassing nights and weekends. Candidates with extensive experience in electrophysiology are highly preferred.

Schedule

  • 8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026
  • Approximately 10 days of call per month (nights and weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Support electrophysiology (EP) cases
  • Patient preparation and post-procedure care
  • Assist with procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment

Requirements

  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
  • Location: Athens, Georgia
  • No minimum experience required, but relevant experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to participate in call rotations including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in electrophysiology (EP) procedures highly preferred

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
