This role supports a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced catheterization laboratory.Responsibilities:Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.Scrub and circulate for cardiac cath cases while maintaining a sterile field.Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.Support procedures including cardiac stent placement, PCI, PTCA, right and left heart catheterizations, IABP placement/removal, and rotablator atherectomy.Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias and emergency situations.Ensure accurate documentation using Epic and maintain equipment according to department standards.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience.Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted).ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS certification.BLS and ACLS certifications.Epic experience required.Ability to participate in call rotation and float within the facility as needed.Schedule & Call:Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule.Call required: Approximately 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.Weekend coverage included as part of the call schedule.Facility Highlights:High-volume cardiac catheterization laboratory.Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.Local candidates accepted.Opportunity to expand interventional cardiology experience in a supportive acute care setting.This assignment is ideal for an experienced Cath Lab Tech who is comfortable with complex cardiac procedures, call responsibilities, and working in a fast-paced interventional environment.
