Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in Iowa.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in Cath Lab Technology.
• Completion of a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, days.
