Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,481 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Denton, Texas. This is a 13-week contract position with a start date of 09/28/2026, working 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through technical support to the cardiac catheterization team.
• Deliver safe, competent, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in performing various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain high levels of patient care through communication with patients, families, and physicians.
• Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Operate ancillary equipment, anticipate and obtain catheters, wires, and other necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
