Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,471 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms by ensuring adequate stock is available and in working condition.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures.
• Operate and ensure the quality control of all equipment utilized in the cardiac cath lab.
• Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
• Participate in life-saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience.
• ACLS, BLS, ARRT (CI) certification, or CCI-RCIS certification, and state-specific licensing when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of all related equipment within the laboratory.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Benefits

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
